Upon full payment, you will own the custom code and applications developed specifically for your project. Ligotlabs retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and knowledge gained.

6. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime for hosting services
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
• Service credits may apply for extended outages

7. Data and Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

Ligotlabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

• Immediately for breach of terms
• Upon completion of project deliverables
